A priest of the Jodo sect, an illustrator of the Zenrinji sect of Nishiyama and Zuisenji. He uses a temple in Kyoto as an atelier and uses a Mac and Adobe Illustrator® to create Japanese pop painting. He started illustration in 1996 and has worked on many books such as picture on the cover of a book , illustrations, and picture books.
