When I first started painting, I was trying to express space and emotion in a flat world. But at some point, I started to feel bored with flat pictures that look the same no matter where you look at them, and I began to create experimental works that depict two-dimensional pictures in three dimensions, as pictures do not necessarily have to be drawn on a flat surface. When viewed from one point, a picture drawn in a three-dimensional space appears flat, and it is interesting to see how the dimensions change depending on the angle and depth. With the theme of déjà vu and breaking away from preconceived notions, I continue to search every day for more interesting ways of expression.
