In 2009, she completed her Master's degree in dyeing and weaving at the Graduate School of Fine Arts, Kyoto City University of Arts.
In 2009, he established a workshop in his hometown of Nara called the Rooftop Naramachi Dyeing Studio and began working as a dyeing artist. He expresses the ever-changing shapes and colors of nature through the beautiful overlapping of colors that is a characteristic of wax dyeing. He turns the dyed fabric into two-dimensional works and clothing, and participates in gallery exhibitions and fashion brand collections as collaborations. In recent years, wax-dyed clothing has been featured in the collection of the Japanese brand Matohu. He is a member of the Nara Prefecture Artists Association.
